SAD SHOCKING NEWS!!!

Bernie Mac died this morning in a Chicago area hospital according to his publicist Danica Smith. The actor and comedian died of Pneumonia complications. He was admitted to the hospital on August 1st and was expected to make a full recovery.

Mac who was only 50-years old suffered from Sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body’s organs,  but the condition had been in remission since 2005 and was not linked to his death.

Bernie was known for his “Bernie Mac show” and for his appearances in the blockbuster movies “Charlies Angels” and “Ocean Eleven”. He appeared in last years big hit “Transformers”  and was recently working on several films, “Soul Men” with Samuel L. Jackson and the comedy “Old Dogs” with John Travolta to be released in 2009.
