Britney Spears says her life now is worse than a jail sentence – but slowly healing one day at a time.

“I have really good days, and then I have bad days,” the singer, 26, admits in a new fly-on-the wall, 90-minute documentary.

She says: “Even when you go to jail, you know, there’s the time when you’re gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never ending. It’s just like [the Bill Murray movie] Groundhog Day.”

She adds, “I’m having to pay for it for a really long time.”

Britney was hospitalized for a mental breakdown and evaluation in January. Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was granted sole custody of their sons, Preston and Jayden. Her dad, Jamie Spears, also gained legal control over her affairs.

Not Being Heard

“If I wasn’t under the restraints that I’m under right now, I’d feel so liberated,” she says in the film, which follows the singer as she records and promotes her new album Circus. “When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear me, but they’re really not listening.”

A camera crew followed the singer for three months as she moved to pull her life back on track. “I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn’t being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in,” Spears said.

“This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I’ve been through and where I’m headed.”

She says, “I think I’ve learned my lesson now, and enough is enough.”

The movie “Australia” finally made it to the big screens. Adoring fans and paparazzis all waited with anticipation for the arrival of Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman.

The Aussie premiere was held on Nov 18th. Hubby and country crooner Keith Urban also made it to the red carpet.

The Victoria Secret 2008 - 2009 Fashion Show hit the runway last night at the newly remodeled and expanded “Fontainebleu” Miami Beach. With “Usher” singing out to his tunes, while 35 sexy and saultry models strutted their stuff on the runway wearing nothing but naughty secrets’ “Victoria Secret” Lingerie that is!

“The theme of the show is a return to glamour,” said company CEO Sharen Turney. “Victoria’s Secret is about sexy and the new sexy is glamorous for this season.”

“The models debited 68 outfits, including the $5 million Black Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra worn by Lima and designed by jeweler Martin Katz. It’s festooned with white and black diamonds and rubies, and will be for sale in the company’s catalog.”

Earlier in the weekend, Thursday November 13th the VS Models made an appearance at the Lincoln Road “Victoria Secret” store in Miami Beach. 

As The Diva Report previously reported, Friday night, November 14th was a big night for the old- now- new “Fontainebleu Resort” in Miami Beach. The Grand Dame opened it’s doors after a $1.Billion dollars in renovation with a star-studded lavish event.

The once playground to the Rat Pack and old Hollywood welcomed all types of celebrities for Friday’s shindig, while Heidi Klum and the Victoria Secret Models had the honor of cutting the Grand Opening ribbon!

Guest included P. Diddy, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Terrence Howard, Chloë Sevigny, Martha Stewart, Kristin Cavallari, Molly Sims, NASCAR star Jeff Gordon and Madonna’s BFF’S Gwyneth Paltrow, Ingrid Casares and lover- (A-Rod) Alex Rodriguez.

In the wannabe’s category, Kim Kardashian’s step-brother Brody Jennen and girlfriend Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole, sister Kourtney Kardashian and George Clooney’s ex Sarah Larson among many others.

Mariah Carey and Robin Thicken took the stage but the party continued on going late night at Blade, one of the clubs at the resort, with Kate Hudson making an appearance.

Governor Arnold Sharzenegger declared a state of emergency today as a wildfire destroyed at least 100 homes in the celebrity enclave of Montecito and forced about 4,500 residents to flee.

The blaze began at 5:50 p.m. local time yesterday in the Los Padres National Forest, burning more than 1,500 acres. More than 1,100 firefighters have been deployed and 1,500 homes are threatened, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

The wealthy community of Montecito is southeast of Santa Barbara and about 73 miles (118 kilometers) up the coast from Los Angeles. Actors including Michael Douglas, Oprah Winfrey, and Rob Lowe own property there. In addition to those who fled, officials have urged another 4,500 to consider leaving.

Oprah opened her TV show with the following message to her neighbors: 

“The first thing I wanted to talk about is the raging fire burning right now in my neighborhood of Montecito, Calif. All our prayers are with all the folks and neighbors in Santa Barbara. Hope you’re well today. And those of you who lost your homes, our hearts go out to you.”

Earlier today, Rob Lowe called into Oprah’s show and described the fires around his home. He said: 

“We got in the car, pulled out of the driveway and the entire mountain behind us was flames, 200 feet high, shooting into the air…This thing came on so fast, you just can’t believe it… I’m very lucky. My house is fine. Although I’m looking—I’m talking to you right now and I’m looking out of my office and I can see the smoke billowing still… I’ve lived out here since 1976 and seen a lot of fires, but last night…I mean, I watched 12, 13 homes burn to the ground. It’s so tragic. It’s so sad. And this is the worst I have ever seen by far.”

The legendary Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach is rolling out its red carpet for tonight’s highly anticipated unveiling extravaganza event of its $1 billion dollar reinvention and expansion.

The once playground to Elvis, Sinatra and the Rat Pack, a new generation of VIPs will pick up where suave Hollywood legends left off. Tonight, singer and song writer Robin Thicke and a surprise performance from a Grammy Award winning global icon will entertain a star-studded audience including Sean “DIDDY” Combs, A-Rod, Terrence Howard, Chloe Sevigny and Venus and Serena Williams, Seal, and many more.

The resort’s celebratory weekend kicks off with an event orchestrated by “architect of style” David Monn. Electrifying million dollar Ai WeiWei chandeliers will shine on a bevy of Victoria’s Secret Angels as they cut the ribbon on the Staircase in front of VIP guests. 

The celebrations continues on tomorrow night with the taping of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show featuring musical guest Usher. Attendees will dine on dishes inspired by the property’s new signature restaurants, ScarpettaTM and Gotham Steak(R), before heading over to the seven-story set erected around Fontainebleau’s pool-scape. 

The $1 billion renovation of the original Morris Lapidus-designed buildings were stripped down to their steel studs and bare concrete. Each room renovation alone cost an estimated $570,000. The 1,504-room resort features two new towers, 11 restaurants and lounges and two nightclubs.

The Resort is definitely in the Marvelous category in both looks and luxury.  Apple computers in every room let guests browse for delights from goods to room service.  Chandeliers, two-headed showers, VIP accommodations at every level, even a “euro pool”… topless no less…taking the South Beach lifestyle to the next level.   For those Divas who carry their entertainment with them, the lounge chairs come with cup holders and iPod docks.

The Victoria Secret models are in South Beach, Florida this weekend for the 2008 Victoria’s Secret Runway Show. The taping of the famous annual cat-walk, will take place at the legenderie and historic, newly renovated “Fontainebleu Hilton Resort” on Saturday, Nov 14th.

The Victoria Secret annual Fashion Show will be jammed with A list celebrities on Saturday night with Usher making a special appearance. This is after tonight’s spectacular red carpet re-opening event extravaganza that will bring so many stars to the famous Fountainbleu Resort. Try renting a car tonight… they’re all sold out!

Yesterday, Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr with the rest of the sexy gals were at the Victoria Secret store in Lincoln Road. Causing a stir among lookers.

All dressed in Victoria Secret red t-shirts and jeans. The girls were having a blast promoting the new holiday Season’s lingerie and posing for photographs. Oh! It’s going to be fun in my home town this weekend!

Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted in London, England with her son Moses Martin. Making time for both her children Apple and Mosses, Gwyn still finds the time to focus on her career.

The actress is working on two movies at the moment “King Lear” with Keira Knightley, Anthony Hopkins, and Naomi Watts, as well as  “Iron Man 2” with Robert Downey, Jr.

Pretty Boy, Joe Jonas has moved on from country singer Taylor Swift and is now dating actress Camilla Belle. The 19-year-old Jonas Brother met the “10,000 B.C.” star during the filming of the group’s “Lovebug” video, where they fell for one another.

All the guys had always thought she was really pretty and that’s why they asked her to be in it. Reportedly Joe and Camilla have a lot in common. They share  a lot of the same characteristics and morals, according to a source. They’re not public about it but they’ve just been hanging out with their friends and Joe’s brothers.  For the moment they would like to keep the whole thing private.

Earlier this month, Taylor Swift told E! Onlie that Joe broke up with her over the phone — and it only took him seconds to do. “Yeah, it’s not fun—it was a 27-second phone call, yeah!” Taylor said.

The 42nd CMA’S Annual Music Awards were held at the Summit Center in Nashville, Tennessee last night. Carrie Underwood was the Host of the evening. Shania Twain was the surprise apperence at the Awards. Miley Cyrus presented with her dad Billy Ray. Justin Gaston (Miley’s boyfriend) performed with Taylor Swift “Love Story.”
